Ailment:

Master Adnan Sami, (5 years), only son of Afzal and Fareeda Pasha is diagnosed with Brain Tumor.
(Heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion within IV ventricle causing Mass Effect over brain stem and supernatural ventricular dilation.) .

Solution:

Craniotomy & Excision of Tumor to be done as soon as possible. (Possibilities include – Ependymoma & Medulloblastoma)
Afzal, an auto driver, is running the family depending on his daily wages.

The appeal:

Mediciti Hospitals, Hyderabad estimated that the excision of tumor would cost around Rs. 95,000/-.
Keeping the criticality of the case in view, CM, Andhra Pradesh granted sum of Rs. 47, 500/ - under CMRF.

Afzal has arranged around Rs.20, 000/- and he is still running short of money around 28,000 / - ($ 700)
He appeals the donors through TeluguOne to help his son considering it as a case of medical urgency

Surgery went Successfully performs on 4th Jan 20007 and discharged from Tata memorial 0n 17th Jan 2007. Poster discharge Nazia is walking well. She is been advised physiotherapy follow up every 3 months for first Two years & six months for 5 years & then annual .

As the doctors negated the immediate surgical treatment due to the varying symptoms, the patient S.Nageswar Rao is taking the course of normal medication.
